Welcome to Volkkin! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Volkkin (“the Service”), so please read them carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Service.
1. User Conduct
1.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.1. The Service and its original content (excluding User Content as defined below), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Volkkin and its licensors.
3.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Service.
4. User Content
4.1. The Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“User Content”).
4.2. By posting, submitting, or transmitting User Content on or through the Service, you grant Volkkin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
5. Termination
5.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5.2. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
